I posted this to my Tumblr (got the questions from @mywitfailsme 's Tumblr), but I should post here more so cross-posting it :| Bunch of pointless & most likely boring answers to assorted questions~ (Fingers crossed that the cut works!)

1: when you have cereal, do you have more milk than cereal or more cereal than milk?
I very rarely have cereal, and even when I do I’d say the answer depends on my mood and the inherent dryness of the cereal. But I’m usually not a fan of soggy cereal for sure.
2: do you like the feeling of cold air on your cheeks on a wintery day?
No. Cold weather in general is a no.
3: what random objects do you use to bookmark your books?
Torn-off notebook sheets at worst.
4: how do you take your coffee/tea?
Coffee and black tea & chai with a fair bit of milk, no sugar, green tea without milk or sugar (obviously, since I’m not a savage, but apparently some people put milk in green tea ๐Ÿ˜ฑ)
5: are you self-conscious of your smile?
As in, whether or not I’m smiling at some given moment? Yes, fairly. As in what it looks like? Not really.

6: do you keep plants?

No, I keep thinking that I should, though! I love peace lilies and they are supposed to be pretty easy. I also want a dragonfruit tree, but that would be slightly more tricky ๐Ÿ˜…
7: do you name your plants?
No, and I don’t think I would even if I had them.
8: what artistic medium do you use to express your feelings?
I don’t really use anything? I’m bad at drawing and utterly hopeless at anything music-related, I am (or at least was) OK at creative writing, but I don’t really do that these days.
9: do you like singing/humming to yourself?

Yes, but only if no one hears me.

10: do you sleep on your back, side, or stomach?
At the moment I think falling asleep on my side is the most common for me.
11: what's an inner joke you have with your friends?
Friends? :blanking:
12: what's your favorite planet?
Athshe
13: what's something that made you smile today?
It’s still morning, I haven’t smiled yet today.
15: go google a weird space fact and tell us what it is!
Look, I know enough space facts without googling. For example, general relativity admits a solution that corresponds to a “TARDIS geometry”, ie, patch of space embedded into ambient space that is “bigger on the inside”.
16: what's your favorite pasta dish?

Avocado pasta (With chillies, lemons, lime, avocado, parmesan cheese and
a bit of salt and black pepper. It’s excellent). Yes, the millennial
ingredient ๐Ÿ˜”

17: what color do you really want to dye your hair?
Ahh! To be honest, I always wanted to dye my hair black and red or blue or something like that, but it was never really possible and as time went on I realised that it would probably look kinda bad on me... One day!! ๐Ÿ˜ค

18:
tell us about something dumb/funny you did that has since gone down in
history between you and your friends and is always brought up.

This is kind of a stretch (I haven’t been in contact with those friends in yeaars but it was brought up a couple of times when I was a teen). When I was young (But not that young. ~10? Maybe?) I never swore, but once when I was playing a video game of some sort with a friend, I accidentally said a “bad word”, and I was so embarrassed I hid under the bed of that friend ;;
19: do you keep a journal? what do you write/draw/ in it?
Nope.
20: what's your favorite eye color?

I like green in general, but I don’t think I have a favourite eye colour specifically.

21: talk about your favorite bag, the one that's been to hell and back with you and that you love to pieces.
Hah! Those bags are mostly broken, but I do have a tote bag that says “Coffee Is My Driver” that I’ve carried with me in a lot of countries and that’s survived rain and thunder and climbing and mud and many many other things, including getting its handles torn out and sewn back.
22: are you a morning person?

No no no no no.

23: what's your favorite thing to do on lazy days where you have 0 obligations?
Like today? Well, this is pretty fun ๐Ÿ˜ Often I just listen to music and maybe play some relaxing game that doesn’t require thinking.
25: what's the weirdest place you've ever broken into?
I can’t remember ever really breaking into anywhere (trespassing doesn’t count, right?)
26: what are the shoes you've had for forever and wear with every single outfit?
I more or less only have converses (and a pair of hiking boots I bought because I went to Alps in July, although I didn’t do much hiking there, they were still useful), and they usually never last more than a year, tops. My last pair of winter converses (they are really difficult to find in my size omg) lived for three winters and it was so worn out the sole was about half off.
27: what's your favorite bubblegum flavor?
Salmiakki / Salty liquorice
28: sunrise or sunset?
Sunset! Although sunrise late on summer nights can also be really nice.
30: think of it: have you ever been truly scared?
Yes.

31:
what is your opinion of socks? do you like wearing weird socks? do you
sleep with socks? do you confine yourself to white sock hell? really,
just talk about socks.

I never have enough socks. Socks keep my toes from falling off, they are good. I don’t always wear them indoors (not atm, for example), but especially when it’s cold I sleep with them too. Big fluffy woolly socks are the best during winter ๐Ÿ˜Š
32: tell us a story of something that happened to you after 3AM when you were with friends.
Oh god, it’s probably better I don’t ๐Ÿ˜‚ They are either boring or unprintable
33: what's your fave pastry?
I’m not sure what counts as a pastry? Melon pan is mouth-watering, I like profiteroles, and also laskiaispulla/semla is really tasty.
34: tell us about the stuffed animal you kept as a kid. what is it called? what does it look like? do you still keep it?
I only have one semi-stuffed toy from my childhood I still keep, and it’s not an animal. It’s a sandman doll with a soft body and a hat but a doll-face, and it played a melody (the batteries have been dead for two decades, probably) when you pressed its stomach. When I was a child, I also really liked this grey bunny that was so soft and I always hugged, and this bright orange stegosaurus, too. I know this is blasphemy, but I never named my toys! They were just, you know, the things they were. I was really weird with pet names too – when I had fish as a young child, I named the catfish monni (’catfish’), the black goldfish mustelma (’bruise’) and the orange goldfish maksa (’liver’). I think it was because of the alliteration. I was about 3 years old at the time. But I digress...
35: do you like stationary and pretty pens and so on? do you use them often?
So I do like them, but I never have any use for them, so I don’t really buy any that often. I bought some colourful markers for grading homework for a course I’m TAing and now the graded papers shine in all colours of the rainbow ๐ŸŒˆ
36: which band's sound would fit your mood right now?
Something fairly drowsy? Lullatone, maybe? It’s maybe a bit too cheerful.
37: do you like keeping your room messy or clean?
Ok, I have a problem with this question, who on Earth likes things messy? I mean, sometimes they are messy and that’s how it is but I don’t know anyone who likes things that way?!?
39: what color do you wear the most?
Black and white.
40: think of a piece of jewelry you own: what's it's story? does it have any meaning to you?
Ahh I don’t have that much jewellery... I have a pentagram (pagan, not metal) necklace my dad brought me from Stockholm when I was around 12 or so? I have no idea why he did that, I’m not sure if he was trying to be a cool dad or something, but I really like it still and wear it to gigs often.
41: what's the last book you remember really, really loving?
I don’t really know... I’m reading less these days and I rarely really really love new books any more. Murakami’s Hear the Wind Sing about a year and a half ago, after I finally had a chance to read it because of the reprint, maybe?
43: who was the last person you gazed at the stars with?
A couple of people at the summer school in July in Alps I mentioned earlier, it was a really bright and nice night so we spent a while looking at the stars ๐Ÿ˜Š
44: when was the last time you remember feeling completely serene and at peace with everything?
Ahahhaha no.
47: what food do you think should be banned from the universe?
So I was going to say something along the lines of “that seems a bit extreme, even if I dislike something I’m fine with other people having it”, but obviously there are foods that are really questionable for ethical reasons like, idk, shark fin soup, that could definitely be banned from the universe.

49: do you like buying CDs and records? what was the last one you bought?

Yesss very much and I’ve bought so many this year. Last ones I ordered were
50: what's an odd thing you collect?
I feel like CDs almost qualify for this these days ๐Ÿ˜‚ Other than that, idk, nothing really.
52: what are your favorite memes of the year so far?
(I googled “2017 memes”) The “Your eyes on drugs” meme had some funny ones and didn’t get completely overused. Idk, there’s probably a better answer but I can’t be bothered to look for it.
53: have you ever watched the rocky horror picture show? heathers? beetlejuice? pulp fiction? what do you think of them?
Yes, no, yes, yes. Indifferent. Sorry people who think they are very significant :<
54: who's the last person you saw with a true look of sadness on their face?
Mirror someone on the subway on Friday morning ๐Ÿ™
55: what's the most dramatic thing you've ever done to prove a point?
Ok, I don’t really have any myself so I was going to skip this, but on a high school visit to the physics department (where I study now) the guy who was showing us around put his bare hand in liquid nitrogen (~-196C, -320F) to show us how quickly evaporation can happen, which was pretty dramatic to a bunch of high school kids.
60: do you like poetry? what are some of your faves?
I tend to like it when I read it, but I don’t really read it so I don’t have any specific favourites, if that makes sense? I really should read more...
62: do you drink juice in the morning? which kind?
Kind of rarely, usually orange or something if I do.
63: are you fussy about your books and music? do you keep them meticulously organized or kinda leave them be?
Music absolutely, alphabetic order by bands and then chronological order for each band. V/As go by the series name if applicable. I’m deeply conflicted when the katakana name of the band doesn’t match the romanised version and creates a problem in my order. I keep the plastic covers whenever possible, and sometimes buy extra for the ones I’m missing. Etc. etc. Books not as much, all my physics books are stuffed in a chest of drawers and I only take them out when I need them.
64: what color is the sky where you are right now?
Very light grey.
65: is there anyone you haven't seen in a long time who you'd love to hang out with?
Ohh yes lots of people :<

66: what would your ideal flower crown look like?

๐Ÿค” Oak and ivy leaves, some light-coloured flowers; lavender and lilac maybe (I love the scent of lilac flowers).
67: how do gloomy days where the sky is dark and the world is misty make you feel?
Sad.
68: what's winter like where you live?
Cold and dark and miserable. Fucking Finland.
69: what are your favorite board games?
A lot of my old friends liked “heavy” board games (like MegaCiv X_X), but tbh I’m fine with more chance-based games like classics and Alias. Co-operative games (without backstabbing jfc >_>) are especially fun. But I’m generally pretty OK with everything, it’s more about the people I play with.
70: have you ever used a ouija board?
I haven’t. I’d be totally up for some spookiness though! ๐Ÿ‘ป
71: what's your favorite kind of tea?
I had this lovely gunpowder tea flavoured with mint I can’t find anywhere... I also like houjicha a lot.
72: are you a person who needs to note everything down or else you'll forget it?
I remember things I read very well and things that I hear very poorly, so yes and no.
75:tell us about your pets!
(Well, they aren’t mine per se, but) Two small black dogs called Maru (because he had a circle-shaped patch of white fur in his chest as a puppy) and Mörkö (After the Groke character in the Moomin series). They are nice and very pettable and I like them a lot, even if they can be kind of loud at times. Mörkö especially likes to greet everyone (luckily usually with an obviously non-intimidating growl of acknowledgment)
76: is there anything you should be doing right now but aren't?
Not really! Maybe switching out of my pyjamas oops.
77: pink or yellow lemonade?
๐Ÿค” Piiink yes.
79: what's one of the cutest things someone has ever done for you?
Sang for me.
80: what color are your bedroom walls? did you choose that color? if so, why?
White, no.
82: are/were you good in school?
Yes. I had a high GPA in elementary school and junior high, it got even higher in upper secondary, and from my uni courses I was pretty much always getting the highest grades from everything, including my master’s thesis, which is very uncommon here. It was extremely stressful, cost me my social life and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
83: what's some of your favorite album art?
9GOATS BLACK OUT – Black Rain is colourful and bright and lovely.
84: are you planning on getting tattoos? which ones?
Not really... Maybe if I feel like I want something significant? Tattoos can look really nice and hold a lot of significance, but I’m not sure if I’m the person to have them.
85: do you read comics? what are your faves?
I read One Piece weekly and that’s about it.
86: do you like concept albums? which ones?
That seems like a weirdly phrased question again, there are concept albums I like and ones I dislike for sure, just like for pretty much any descriptor of an album you could come up with? It’s also a difficult concept to define imho; are bands like Turisas or Alestorm or a ton of visual bands, really, making concept albums or is it just part of the band? But I don’t have anything against the concept of a concept album.
89: are you close to your parents?

I’m in pretty good terms with my parents, but I’m not really close to them in the sense that I feel like I’m able to talk to them about things.

91: where do you plan on traveling this year?
Well, the year is almost over and I don’t really have any holidays left...
92: are you a person who drowns their pasta in cheese or a person who barely sprinkles a pinch?
I do like my cheese, but I think it depends on the type of pasta, and there shouldn’t be too much of it.
93: what's the hairstyle you wear the most?
I practically always keep my hair down.
94: who was the last person you know to have a birthday?
Oh! The husband of my aunt had his 50th birthday, yesterday. I didn’t go ๐Ÿ˜
95: what are your plans for this weekend?
Sitting around doing nothing. It’s my usual plan. Going well so far.
96: do you install your computer updates really quickly or do you procrastinate on them a lot?
Something inbetween? I procrastinate with installing WoW addons because it’s a pain.
97: myer briggs type, zodiac sign, and hogwarts house?
Myers-Briggs is nonsense and I keep getting different answers, zodiac sign is scorpio and idk about hogwarts house. I would’ve said Ravenclaw when I was more into HP (including when I would’ve been sorted!) but it might be different today.
98: when's the last time you went hiking? did you enjoy it?
People count different things as hiking... I went for a day-long walk in a national park a couple weeks ago, but the last sorta-real hike where you actually needed hiking boots and stuff was in the Alps in July, although that was also only from morning to evening. I did enjoy both!
99: list some songs that resonate to your soul whenever you hear them.
There are so many of these, I couldn’t list them all! X_X

100:
if you were presented with two buttons, one that allows you to go 5
years into the past, the other 5 years into the future, which one would
you press? why?

Past. I don’t really want time to go any faster and I feel like I would like to change quite a few things I’ve done or left undone. Not sure if 5 years is enough for that, though.
