Missed a day

Day 14: A song you'd love to be played at your wedding

I picked the first song that came to my mind when I read the prompt



But tbh that was just because I had to give an answer. Happier Mono songs would probably be a more realistic choice, but idk what a real answer would be.

Day 15: A song you like that's a cover by another artist

Now here I had a plethora of options! I wanted to have both the coverer and the coveree be bands / artists I haven't used yet & am not planning to use, so I went with



which is a cover of this song. I'm fond of both of them and I love how the cover is totally recognisable but still in an entirely different genre.

The last 2017 releases I've ordered arrived today in the mail, so I'm continuing from my last last CD collection post under the cut:

Day 8: A song about alcohol or drugs

I went with



which is a great live of a song I like a lot. Again, I'm running with a constraint of only including Japanese music, otherwise basically any folk metal or, say, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=emj3QGa7zuA for more non-conventional drugs would've been an option.

I just realised that I haven't done a CD collection update post since before imzy closed. I keep thinking that I have a few more CDs on their way in the mail and that I'll wait until they're here it but it keeps happening again and again ^^' It's not very interesting, but I like doing these, so here we go.
