CD Post I
I just realised that I haven't done a CD collection update post since before imzy closed. I keep thinking that I have a few more CDs on their way in the mail and that I'll wait until they're here it but it keeps happening again and again ^^' It's not very interesting, but I like doing these, so here we go.
I think this is everything I've bought since around May. Might be missing some.
The five releases on the top row were the only ones I bought brand new, everything else was used (And really cheap, I paid ~€50-60 for *everything else* in the first picture aside from the five CDs. Very happy.).
Inkubus Sukkubus - Belas Knap: Tales Of Witchcraft And Wonder Vol. 2 (New Inkies CD. It's solid, but not that much of a standout in their discography imho.)
Cellar Darling - This Is the Sound (The first Cellar Darling album. I'm definitely on their side from what I've heard of the whole Eluveitie debacle (and have no plans of buying Evocation II), and the album was good, but not that good, you know? A couple of excellent songs, and I love the Mad World cover in the special edition, but some songs felt a bit too filler-y to me.)
Those two were also the only Western albums on the list, hehe ^^
BLUE PLANET - SEASON (It's a random single from five years ago – Honestly, I have no idea about what the band is, this seems to be their only releases and there's more or less no information – but the music is good.)
妖幻鏡 -NAGOYA- - vol.1 尾張V系音源集 (A fairly new Nagoya kei V.A. release, just wanted to try to discover new bands. It's nice, but nothing stands out so far.)
HOLLOWGRAM - Qualia [RUFUS] (This is a fantastic mini. I love Ryo's other bands, but I never got around listening to HOLLOWGRAM until I bought this, and it's amazing. So good.Buying it new made me feel less bad about acquiring their other release in a different way, *coughs*, also I just ordered a second album from them)
The next six are just good albums I never got around buying.

Dir en grey - MISSA (This was so nostalgic, I'm so happy to finally own this CD, I was sitting still doing literally nothing else for the whole duration. The beginning of 霧と繭 <333...)
Just wanted to get some missing Diru CDs. I actually had a non-Japanese possibly piratey edition of six Ugly, but I wanted to finally get the real thing, even if it was used. I'm pretty close to being happy with my collection now, just missing I'll, Jealous and ain't afraid to die, which are all kind of challenging to get (well, maybe not aa2d but I can't justify buying a single used single and paying 3.5k yen or whatever for shipping >_>), and some old DVDs and I'd be satisfied.
RENTRER EN SOI - MEGIDDO (The last completely new RES release. I can't remember why I never bought it, I was so into the band when they quit and it has so many good songs. BAPTISM \m/.)
cocklobin - DARK DESIGN CATALOG (The name of the band was an unfortunate typo, it's supposed to be cockrobin. Oops. I love all the songs on it, though.)
ケミカルピクチャーズ - Präparat (This is soooooo good. One of the best debut singles from any bands ever as far as I'm concerned, but it was sold out years ago and I haven't been able to find a copy until now. So good. So so so good *_*.)
Some DVDs and just other misc releases from bands I like but that haven't been particularly high on my must-get list.
Rentrer en Soi - Cinema Cradle (More RES. A PV collection. It was like 2.5 euros, I couldn't resist, even though I thought I already had most of them from a different release. As it turns out, I didn't, so it's a win-win situation. I really like their old look ☺ )
Shulla - The Grand Finale (I haven't listened to them in so long, but it was a last live DVD and it was less than two euros (the cheapness is a recurring theme and I'll shut up about it from now on... ^^') so why not?)
PENICILLIN - VIBE∞ (This is one of my favourite PENICILLIN albums, and it's the limited edition, too! I love the design, it has a transparent plastic cover and two jewelcases, and the jazzy bonus songs are nice, but really it's the normal songs that I like the most. Imitation Love, 天使よ目覚めて, Blue Moon,... 💕)
シド - Side B complete collection～e.B～ (Aside from all of レンアイ, pretty much all シド songs I like are B-sides, so this collection is perfect for me.)
黒夢 - EMI 1994～1998 BEST OR WORST (So now I don't have to buy any 黒夢 albums after all (unless they make new stuff) because this collection is gargantuan and has *every old 黒夢 song I like*. ^_^)
Anny's LTD. - [CLOCK WORK ORANGE the DISK]
Anny's LTD. - [CLOCK WORK ORANGE the DISK2]
Anny's LTD. was fairly obscure angura kei band in the mid '00s. I liked them a lot in high school, but the CDs haven't been available in years, so I just had to buy them when I saw them available (also they were *absurdly* inexpensive [last time, I swear]. I've seen people pay $100 for one of them, and I paid ~€2.5 for the two together... >_>). This is the only music that has ever made me enjoy running (ikr 😱😱😱), even if for a short while.

cali≠gari - 舌先３分サイズ (The single is one of my favourite songs by them, but what really made me buy it is that it still has the condom in it 😐)
These are mostly random things, although I know at least most of the artists 😅 ...

Just some Kagrra, singles, honestly I would've bought these just for the album art, they are so pretty, but the songs are also good.
OGRE YOU ASSHOLE - 100年後 (Don't let the name fool you, they make really calming and nice music. This turned out to be one of my favourite releases by them. 😌)
アヲイ - 絶望の太陽 (Just a random single. It's really good, though.)
Sel'm - Resistance (I tried to get into Sel'm soooo many times around '09 and wasn't able to, but I still bought this and somehow I like them now?? 蟲が泣く夢 is probably my favourite track from this release.)
Various Artists - Spec[i]men (Just another random VA, there are a couple of songs I really like but a lot I'm really mehhhh about too XD;;)
Pashya - Best of epilogue (It's a best-of release by some random UCP band I never listened to, idk what to say)
THE EGOIST - EMBLEM (A fairly new V系 mini, it's nice, but really, hmm, unpolished?)
The last three were just random impulse purchases I didn't know before, if you can't tell ^_^ I'm happy about all of them, though.
The best thing is, I don't even own a functioning CD player right now!
